Kristina is the intuitive guide and founder of Sun & Star Mystic Arts, a space devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom through grounded spiritual practice. Her work centers on intuitive sessions—personalized readings that blend psychic guidance, natal chart influences, Human Design insights and more to illuminate each person’s unique path.

With over 25 years of experience in intuitive readings, Kristina’s practice is both deeply rooted and ever-evolving. She began reading tarot in her teens, drawn to the cards’ symbolic language and their ability to mirror the unseen layers of life. Over the decades, she has refined her craft through thousands of readings, developing a style that is straightforward, ethical, and spiritually attuned. Her approach honors free will and personal empowerment, guiding clients to trust their own intuition as much as the messages that come through Spirit.

Kristina’s connection to the unseen extends beyond divination. She has spent nearly 10 years exploring energy healing, including Reiki, crystal and vibrational healing, and sound therapy. Her sound healing sessions feature a full C–B crystal singing bowl set, often accompanied by chimes, tuning forks, or gentle drumming. These experiences are immersive and meditative, designed to restore balance through resonance and intention.

 

Her Human Design readings integrate astrological and energetic awareness, focusing on type, authority, and key chart influences. Kristina has studied Human Design since the early 2020s, combining it with her background in astrology to help clients understand how they are naturally meant to make decisions and move through life.

In addition to her intuitive and healing work, Kristina is a lifelong student of pagan philosophy, Celtic spirituality, and the Wheel of the Year. Her practice honors the cycles of nature, the wisdom of ancestors, and the sacred rhythm of the Sun and Moon. She often weaves myth, history, and ritual into her teachings, offering a perspective that is both traditional and accessible.
